is an

animated

gif, and can of course be seen to good effect by a browser, apparently not the version of Graffics Workshop - though there are tools that produce them, I just recently got some email about one - from the chaps who made GWS too.

As you can see by this sample HTML is fairly simple - there are complexities of course and some quite powerful features. To see the general advantage narrow the browser window - perhaps to the width of the gears, and see the text flow and still be readable.
